Indian Head Massage

Service Description

Helpful for muscular tension and fatigue. Following the ancient Indian healing system of Ayurveda, this massage aims to release stress, tension and knots that can build up in the head, neck, shoulders, upper back and face. Reported therapeutic effects of IHM are feelings of balance, calm, relief of discomfort and pain, less stress/anxiety, better sleep and a feeling of harmony. The beautiful award winning Zephorium range of homeopathically charged crystal oils are used in this massage. The shoulders and upper back are required to be exposed during this treatment. You will be given time to undress privately and lie down on the heated cushioned massage bed, covered with towels and blankets. You are never exposed completely, only the part of the body being massaged during the treatment.
